I qualified as a hairdresser in May 1989, I also had an interest in beauty, as the two run synonymously with each other, I became a qualified therapist in 1993, I have also studied reflexology and aromatherapy. In 2005 I became a colour master with Schwarzkopf and will be taking my advanced colour master's later this year, with my ultimate goal to become colour technician of the year in the British Hairdressing Awards.
In October 2000 I bough the hair salon Esporta Lichfield, in 2003 I expanded and took over the beauty area to grow my business.
Miss Heather Booth has been with the company since 2002, with her professionalism and commitment to the business she maintains the high standards and growth with client returns.
As you enter LA&CO you will be greeted with a warm smile, wrapped mints on reception, flower display and cold water drinks dispenser and also an exceptional retail display area with the ability to test products before purchase. All areas are fully air conditioned, all staff in uniform so easily identifiable.
LA&CO excels in customer care from the initial customer consultation with our highly qualified therapists/stylists.
Extra little touches help to complete the relaxing atmosphere, flowers on couches, duvets, scented candles and robes, dimmed lighting and relaxing music to create an ambient environment of calm relaxation. All clients are offered refreshments presented on a tray with company branded chocolates.
Our salon offers FREE parking, five late night opening until 8pm Monday-Friday and 9-5 Saturday.
Full bar facilities within Esporta club. Pamper days available with full use of Esporta facilities.
